Yet it is very close to town -- only 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bicycle (an enjoyable walk or ride, because it is almost entirely along the bayfront). The house is at 621 New Colony Road (which is actually a private lane), over toward the West Shore, and close to the harbor, although it does not have a harbor view.
